case study
AyuBhaEdu is a custom learning environment designed around Ayurveda education rather than a generic course-marketplace template.
The challenge
The platform needed to combine structured lessons, assessments, study resources and learner progress while remaining manageable inside WordPress. The longer-term requirement was equally important: core learning functions should be modular enough to evolve without depending on a growing stack of unrelated third-party plugins.
What I built
- Custom course, module and lesson workflows
- Native quiz and assessment functionality
- Protected learning resources and PDF reading workflows
- Certificates, enrolment and learner-progress features
- Reviews, Q&A and study-tool integrations
- Connections between lessons and interactive 3D learning resources
Product approach
The development has been iterative: identify a learner or administrator friction point, solve it in the smallest coherent module, test the workflow, and then consolidate functionality into the native platform when that produces a simpler long-term architecture.
Why it matters
This project demonstrates the kind of work I prefer—domain-specific software where content structure, education workflow, user experience and engineering decisions have to be solved together.
