I approach digital healthcare from inside the domain: understand the terminology, users, learning or operational context first—then design the system around it.
The intersection
A healthcare professional who also builds the product.
Healthcare, Ayurveda and medical education products often fail when domain knowledge is treated as content to be added after the interface has already been designed. I work the other way around. The vocabulary, user roles, academic structure, trust requirements and real workflow shape the information architecture and software decisions from the beginning.
That makes my work especially suited to projects where publishing and software overlap: specialist websites, learning platforms, digital libraries, clinical or academic knowledge products, workflow micro-apps and custom WordPress systems.
How I think about development
Four principles behind the work.
Start with the workflow
Define who is using the system, what they are trying to complete, what information they need and where the current friction occurs before deciding features.
Keep the architecture lean
Use WordPress and standard web capabilities where they fit. Add custom plugins, data structures or integrations only where a real product requirement justifies them.
Design for evolution
Separate content, presentation and functionality so a website can grow into a portal, learning environment, library or operational tool without being rebuilt from zero.
Make expertise discoverable
Good engineering and good information architecture reinforce each other. Public-facing systems should communicate expertise clearly to users and to search systems.
